    1. Overview and ObjectivesThe Robotics Club of BBDITM successfully hosted a comprehensive Two-Day Workshop on “Drone Technology, AI & Web Technology.” The workshop was designed to augment the students’ technical proficiency and practical skills in these rapidly evolving domains. The primary objective was to facilitate the transition from theoretical knowledge to practical application through an introduction to the fundamentals and hands-on aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Web Technologies, and Drone Systems.
    2. Day 1 Proceedings: Focus on AI and Web Technology (27th November 2025)The first day commenced with a brief welcome. Mr. Satyendra Ranjan, the workshop resource person, was formally welcomed with a bouquet presented by Dr. Usha Sharma, Convener, Robotics Club. Along with that, Mr. Shivam Dwivedi was welcomed by Prof. Rafeek Ahmed, HOD EE.
      Mr. Ranjan initiated the technical session on Artificial Intelligence and Web Technology. The proceedings for the day covered the following key areas:

      • Fundamentals of AI and Contemporary Applications: A foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its diverse, real-world deployment.
      • Product Development Life Cycle: Exploring concepts from initial ideation to the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
      • Career and Entrepreneurial Landscape: Analysis of AI’s transformative impact on startups and the emerging career opportunities within this sector.
      • Web Technology Integration: Essential web technology principles necessary for developing and deploying AI-driven projects.

      The session was highly interactive, promoting in-depth discussions on how AI is fundamentally reshaping modern innovation and entrepreneurship.

    3. Day 2 Proceedings: Focus on Drone Technology (28th November 2025)The second day began with a cordial welcome. Mr. Kshitij Gandhi (Aerospace Engineer & Co-Founder of Pyreign Technology), the resource person for the Drone workshop, was warmly welcomed by Mr. Abhishek Agrahari, President, Robotics Club.
      • Drone System Fundamentals: Principles of drone design, aeromechanics, and flight mechanisms.
      • AI Integration in Drone Systems: The application of AI for enhanced autonomous flight, data analysis, and advanced functionalities.
      • Practical Demonstration: A comprehensive hands-on demonstration showcasing the live operation and capabilities of drone systems.
      • Regulatory and Future Outlook: Discussion on safety standards, industry regulations, and the projected future applications of drones across various sectors.

The practical demonstrations and interactive activities generated significant enthusiasm among the participants, offering valuable practical exposure to cutting-edge drone technologies.

    1. Additional Initiative: Member Recruitment DriveIn conjunction with the workshop, the Robotics Club launched a member recruitment drive to attract motivated students eager to contribute to innovative projects in the field of robotics and automation.
    2. Acknowledgment and Conclusion

The success of the workshop is attributed to the meticulous coordination and management by the Robotics Club team under the continuous guidance of the faculty coordinators.

Workshop on Generative AI – April 8, 2025

The Robotics Club of Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology and Management (BBDITM), Lucknow, successfully hosted a one-day Workshop on Generative AI on April 8, 2025. The event was led by Mr. Sanjay Sisodia, an AI expert from Data Enchanters, Riyadh, and was attended by over 60 enthusiastic B.Tech students .

The workshop introduced students to cutting-edge AI tools and techniques, focusing on GPT models and their real-world applications. Sessions covered AI prompting, game development, website automation, and tool creation. A key feature of the event was its hands-on approach, encouraging students to engage in live projects and an AI Innovation Sprint that promoted teamwork and creativity.

Participants appreciated the practical exposure, learning how to build AI-powered games, tools, and websites using no-code platforms. The group challenge and live demonstrations sparked curiosity and innovation, earning positive feedback from students who praised the interactive and engaging delivery.

The Robotics Club thanks Director Sir , Dr S.S Chauhan for continuous support and encouragement,Mr. Sisodia for his valuable insights, IEEE BBDITM Student Branch for co-organization, and the institute’s administration for their unwavering support.
